    We’ve all been there.  We have all felt the world swirling around us and not believing we are strong enough to withstand it.  That’s when it happens.  The meltdown.  How we deal with it is different for everyone.  Some eat, some turn to drugs and alcohol, others isolate, but we all feel defeated.  The one common denominator is the meltdown itself.  Take the time to be a friend to someone in need, even if you’re not a close friend. Be what someone needs.  Meltdowns are easier when you know you’re not alone.
